Anaswara Rajan will play the female lead in the movie directed by debutant Sreejith Nair with Sajin Gopu in the lead role. Sajin Gopu, who played the role of Ambaan in Fahadh Faasil's blockbuster Aavesham, is playing a lead role for the first time. Jithu Madhavan, the director of Romancham and Aavesham, is scripting the film.
The film is produced by Fahadh Faasil and the shooting will begin on June 10. Sreejith Nair, who worked as a disciple of Ashiq Abu, Dileesh Pothan and Jithu Madhavan, starred as a villain in RDX and acted in several films including Aavesham. In Aavesham, the character Ambaan played by Sajin Gopu, who acted as the right-hand man of Fahadh Faasil's character Rangan Chetan, had won the hearts of the audience.
Sajin Gopu who started his acting career with small roles in films, has also acted in films like Churuli, Jan.E.Man, Romancham, Neymar and Chaaver. However, it was Aavesham that became the turning point in his career and help him win many fans. Sajin Gopu is playing the antagonist in the first film directed by art director Jyotish Shankar with Basil Joseph as the lead. Lijo Mol is the heroine in this movie.
